Village Administration-The Chinese Democracy

摘要：

More and more field surveys provide evidence that there exist fractious and fraction in village administration in China. The main reason lies not in the voting system, but in the social structure, the development of the social organization and economy. Fractions have great and complex influences, sometimes positive, sometimes negative, on village election and administration.
