A Global Perspective: Study on Logical End Point of Government Function Transformation
With the continuous development and progress of human society, the government function has experienced several transformations from necessary evil to service-oriented government in order to meet the practical needs of the society. With the emergence of the concepts such as global governance, beyond borders, end of nation-state and the fate community, the study on the logical end point of government function transformation, a new challenging proposition, should be based on the concept of globalization and global village, in order to set up the historical coordinates for government function transformation around the world and achieve the harmonious governance of human society.
