The Study of the Public Services Demand Characteristics and Supply Patterns after the GDP Per Capita Exceeds 10000 USD

摘要：

When a countrys GDP per capita exceeds 10000 USD, its demand and supply of public services will have a qualitative change. This paper is based on the theory study of supply and demand change of public services, refers to the demand characteristics of public services in the period that GDP per capital exceeded 10000 USD in western countries. Through empirical analysis and comparative research, this paper explores the experiences and lessons of mode change of public service supply patterns in western developed countries, summarizes the demand characteristics and supply patterns of public services with GDP per capital exceeds 10000 USD, in order to provide corresponding measures and suggestion to the establishment of public service system in China.
