Analysis of the System Flaw and Countermeasures in the Development of Private Pension Agencies in China
In China, with the further escalation of the degree of aging, the advancement of socialization of social welfare, the deepening of reform of governmental administration, and the rapid development of civil society, private pension agencies have sprung up. They should have flourished, but they faced with various obstacles of unfavorable factors in the process of development, such as the obstacle of control type registration administration, the deletion of support type taxation system and the imperfection of social supervision system. These institutional unfavorable factors became systems bottleneck that impeded the further healthy development of the private pension agencies in China. Aiming at the disadvantages, we should establish cultivate the service-oriented registration management system, the support type taxation system, and we should also improve the social supervision mechanism.
