A Study of Returned Rural Labors Starting Self-business in the Perspective of New Rural Development in China

摘要：

Some returned rural labors start self-business during the new rural development in the new era, which promotes industrialization and urbanization in the rural areas, and at the same time, the rural labors can work in the hometown. However, they have encountered the problems which are land using, financing, technological backwardness, business services and so on in the course of business. In this regard, government should strengthen the macro-guidance in the home business, to give strong support, which is in the land using, loans, technical training and government services policy, to enable the returned rural labors in the new rural development to play a greater role.
