Construction of Community Aged Pension Model with Multi-subject Linkage
The traditional family pension began to weak, which can not meet the additional needs of support and care of the old. Reality and the future calls for a pension security system which adapt to the aging population and socio-economic development. The aged pension is no longer just a matter within the family, but a social responsibility. The community -based housing support adapting to aging populations and family structure is a pension model with good use of social resources and based on family pensions. It meets the requirements of old ages socialization and attracts attention around the world. Based on the policy of turning village to community to accelerate rural and urban development, this paper tries to construct a linked multi-subject including government-centered, NGO, enterprises and volunteers community aged pension model after analyzing the present situations at home and borrowing experience from abroad, which do a great contribution to the industrialization, professionalization and realization of community aged pension, and help the construction of harmonious society.
