A Study on Construction of New Model and ApplicationPractices of Leadership
Leadership, as a kind of result and state of resultant force in the new era of global economic integration, can show unique charm of leaders and is agglomerated to be powerful force by leaders to better realize organizational objectives, which has become one of the most important organizational resources and core competitiveness and largely determines whether organizational targets can be realized and which degree they can be realized. Just because of this, it becomes a very important issue in theoretical research on constructing leadership model and striving for seeking effective way to promote leadership for the past few years. However, it is found by the writer in the research that attention of relevant achievements to hierarchy and practical application link of all components of leadership is not enough. For this reason, three abilities and nine factors new model of leadership with better generality, hierarchy and radial force and with the target of promoting organizational development is constructed in the thesis based on relevant researches, namely the new leadership model in radial distribution with innovation ability as the core fore and soul, quality ability as the basic force and implementation ability as the supporting force; then practical application value of the model and function to develop leadership are discussed so as to further enrich leadership theory and promote organizational development.
