The Research about On-line Mobilization Behaviors of Virtual Organizations in China

摘要：

Nowadays, computers and the Internet get together to promote the rising of an active Internet society out of the real one, where exist so many on-line virtual organizations on the basis of hobbies or interests as BBS or Blogs. We have done deep researches on PX event in Xiamen China based on Organizational Behavioral Science and Case Study Method, and then found that on-line virtual organizations always has its special organizational culture, code of conduct, goal, informal leaders, and mobilize a virtual organization events in the way that mobilization subjects initiate and arrange the process, informal leaders and members to promote each other to achieve a network.
