Government Remodeling and Governance on the Network Rumor Subjects in the View of Micro Power Theories
As a result of the highly developed electronic technology, Network has brought significant and profound changes to peoples daily life, one of which is the rumor on the Network spreads widely and speedy. Considered as a sort of new media, Network is becoming a more extensively used base for the rumor communicating, which is supposed to be a new form of discourse. Thus, exceedingly intensive social background and practical value are inserted in the Network rumor research. In this paper micro power theory is involved to deconstructing and remodeling the subjects of rumor on the Network with the aim at analysis the agonistic behavior of those rumor subjects. This analysis is proceeding under the networking systems which mostly considered centers disappearance and high-leveled anonymity. And meanwhile the governmental functions applied to network rumor could be effective and efficient.
