Study of the Current Situation of Administrative Costs in China-An Analysis of Government Administrative Costs under the Current System of Administration
It is generally accepted that the administrative cost is the total of all resources consumed in the administration acted by the administrative authorities and the staff. The problem of high administrative cost in China should not be ignored any more. There are two components which construct the main frame of the administrative cost: cost by the system structure and cost by the operation. Due to the rigid feature of the system structure cost, it is more practical and direct for the analysis of administrative cost of Chinese government to study the operation cost. Under the background of the current administration system of Chinese government, this article takes the operation cost as the research object, analyzes the reasons of the high administrative cost with statistics data to search effective solutions to the problem of the high administrative cost of Chinese government.
