Co-governance on Public Affairs in Local Government-Empirical Observation on Guangdong No Fake Drug Community

摘要：

Co-governance Emphasizes building the institutional network of communication and collaboration between government and non-government to improve the performance of governance on public affairs. No Fake Drug Community in J Town integrates governments departments, grass-roots government, supervision objects, community, media and the public, and has the initial formation of co-governance. However, there are some outstanding issues, such as low contractual authority, administrative rut and passive citizen participation. Therefore, we must further clarify roles of different subjects, perfect the rules of cogovernance, strengthen the supervision and punishment, improve citizen participation.
