Analysis of Government Regulation Demand of Farmers Cooperatives
Government regulation is an action by which government standardizes the market main body activities for protecting public interests and correcting market failures. Farmer cooperative union is the special market main body that improves farmers organizational degree to obtain extensive external effect. How to regulate and promote its development is an important issue of government regulation. There are many different regulation demands behind the government regulation of farmers cooperatives. On one hand, as the regulation object, farmer cooperative union needs government regulation to compensate its costs because of the external effect. On the other hand, the development of farmer cooperation union broadly benefits the regulation main body of the government and the related benefited fanners, market main body, and community and social members, who can realize their own special interest demand through government regulation demand for farmers cooperative union.
