Cross-border Migration and Management: Based on Field Work at Sino-vietnam Border in Guangxi
After Sino-Vietnam relationship normalization, crossborder migration of Sino-Vietnam has become more and more frequent. A large border people of Vietnam moved to China in legal or illegal ways. This migration promotes relationship between these two countries, but brings about non-traditional hidden safety accident to Chinese frontier. How to make effective management of migration on frontier while promoting economic and trade transaction between China and Vietnam will be become one problem that shall be urgently solved in Chinese frontier management.
