On the Marxs Ethical Criticism of Capitalism Management
From the moral value of existence and development of human, Marx analyzes the moral attribute of capitalism management and points out that capitalism management inverts the relationship of objects and measures in nature, through revealing the dualism of capitalism management. The converse relationship regards the appreciation of capital as object and considers human as the measures to promote that appreciation. One important task of management ethics is to reverse the converse relationship anew, and construct management ethics aimed at human.
