New Media Applications in Government Administration and the Research of its Current Situations-Take the Case of Japan Earthquake as an Example
New media plays an important role in the governments management in Japans earthquake this year, when this crisis event happened. Phone, web, micro-blog and other new media are increasingly linked with government closely, at the same time their influence is also growing and infiltrates every aspects of life. This paper mainly discusses these contents: definition of new media, the applications of new media in government administration, current situation of new media application, and some suitable measures to strengthen their cooperation. In this paper some cases are illustrated, through 3 figures, you will see the new media development in China. These cases all are involved connections between government and new media, so I think they can express my opinions better. In current situation, positive aspect and deficiency both are summarized. At the last of article, some recommendations are put forward to solve current problems.
