Exploration of the Governments Online Copyright Management in the New Media Environment

摘要：

Information is spread more quickly in the new media environment. However, once information goes beyond the control of information publishers, it is more difficult for them to supervise the information issued. Acts of online copyright infringement do great damage to the rights of copyright holders. Governments management of copyright in the new media environment also shows different characteristics. To better achieve the effective management of copyright on the network, changing the existing management model and building a new management model are necessary.
