Constructing the Legal Protection Mechanism of Reform and Innovation of Public Management System in China
In China, public management system reform and innovation is underway in the complex domestic and foreign environment and public management background of the development of itself. Chinas public administration system reform, although has made some useful exploration innovation, but from the point of view of administration according to law, the legal concept, legislation, enforcement to supervise and relief each link is still lack of legal protection. Through the analysis of Chinas public management system reform deepening problems in public management, it can be seen that the reform and innovation of the calls for the law to guarantee mechanism, ensure the success of the innovation support. Therefore, to further advance the reform of public management innovation, we must increase the legal protection construction, to build the legal protection mechanism appropriate to reform and innovation of the government public management system. Only through the relevant legislation and law enforcement, to put public management reform and innovation achievements consolidate down; And only through the legal guarantee mechanism for the role of the reform and innovation, to build a good social environment. Therefore, from the concept, system, law enforcement, supervision, relief and other different Angle to speed up the construction of legal system and realize the public management reform and innovation of the institutionalized, standardization and more efficient way.
