The Protection for Disadvantaged Minorities in the Constitutional Text in China
Disadvantaged minorities are common in the society. The protection of disadvantaged minorities is important for the implementation of the lawful rights and interests of people-oriented issues in building a harmonious society of justice. Rule of law depends mainly on protection of legal rights and interests of the disadvantaged minorities, especially the Constitution. Constitutional protection for disadvantaged minorities is the core values of the Constitution and the embodiment of the ultimate goal. This paper will define the concept of disadvantaged minority, and analyze the protection of constitutional rights of the disadvantaged minority, and put forward measures for sound constitutional protection of disadvantaged minority.
