Evaluation of Regional Logistics Capability Based on PCA-A Demonstration Study of Three Northeast Provinces in China
Since logistics plays an important role in revitalizing the old industrial bases in northeast China, this paper established an evaluation index system of regional logistics capability and adopted the method of principal components analysis to estimate the regional logistics capability of three northeast provinces in China. Comparison and cluster analysis were used to the results of the three provinces in 2005-2009. The results indicate the regional logistics capability in Liaoning is stronger than that in Jilin and Heilongjiang.
