Research on Scientific and Technological Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Cluster Evaluation Index System of Innovation Ability

摘要：

In recent years, China pays more and more attention to small and medium-sized enterprises clusters innovation that plays an important role in national economy development, especially the government gives policy support greatly in the small and medium-sized enterprises clusters innovation capability. Small and medium enterprises clusters innovation capacity is an important basis that measures whether they have the sustainable development capacity. Therefore, this article starts from a more practical point of view, deletes the index principally, establishes the evaluation index system of small and medium-sized enterprise clusters innovation ability, elaborates the connotation of each index in detail and the problems we should pay attention to when the index system is applied.
