The Loss of the Ethic under the Class Solidification: The Effect of the Promotional Practice in the Ethnic Construction
Under the class solidification, the promotional practice is not regular and fair to the public. The solidification of the leadership does harm to the government management in the society and leads to the loss of the ethnic and also will block the process of the social equity, justice, democracy and the construction of ethnic. The fair promotional practice can solve the class solidification, letting the public have the opportunity to become the member of leadership by their ability but not by their background. The promotional practice is the important role in the construction process of the ethnic which can build the moral principals for the leadership and eliminate those who can uphold the ethnic to make the leadership become the sample of the society in the ethnic. This paper will deal with the effects in three perspectives: (1) the promotion and eliminative system as the tool to maintain the ethnic; (2) the fairness of the promotional practice as the way to keep the authority; (3) the promotional model of the restructure in the society.
