Research on Properties of Environmental Responsibility from the Perspective of Institutional Economics

摘要：

Though China has achieved some success in environmental improvement and protection, but still has a long way to go. This paper is designed to analyze properties of environmental responsibility basing on institutional economics and find out the lack of corporate responsibility and the real reason of low efficiency of local government responsibility, as well as to restate the institutional theory of environmental responsibility is superior government responsibility, provide necessary reference for Chinas future system design of environmental responsibility.
