Analysis on Functional Lack of College Student Loan in China: Government Perspective

摘要：

Since the present situation of Chinas College student loan, the performances and effects in government functions of the missing are analyzed separately by using welfare economics, public economics and other related theoretical knowledge, and then explaining the reasons why the functions of the missing can occur in four aspects :the guiding ideology, the main responsibility, the behavior of the governments economic and the legal system, finally, giving the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions addressed these problems, including relevant environment, risk guarantors, financial subsidies and promoting competition in the implementation of the Chinas college Student Loan.
