The Analysis of the Causes of Rural Land Flowing and Research on the Countermeasure
In the current state system, this article analyzes the causes and countermeasure of rural land flowing in our country. The author believes that the reasons for rural land flowing mainly include three aspects. Primarily, it is the necessity to adapt to the market development. Secondly, it is the requirement of the integration of urban and rural economic development. Finally the result is mostly affected by related laws and regulations of our country. At the end of this article, the author briefly analyzes the countermeasure of rural land flowing in our country which includes strengthening macro-control of land market, unifying the systems of rural land flowing and improving law system to a further step.
