Study on Application of Value Engineering in Low-Carbon Economy

摘要：

Value engineering and low-carbon economy face the same challenge, have the same basic aim and management concepts; moreover, value engineering is also the main manner of execution of low-carbon economy. The fundamental principles, principles of innovating, main process and methods of value engineering all apply to low-carbon economy. Applying value engineering may motivate the development of low-carbon economy, which in return offers chances to consummate value engineering.
