The Research of Green Development of Manufacturing Industry Based on Low-Carbon Economy
Taking the resources and environment as the guidance, green manufacturing is a large process system which uses economic concept of substance transformation and the theory of natural ecological species coexistence, material recycling and ecological integration; combines systems engineering with the optimization method in order to design material efficient utilization; exerts resource potential sufficiently and achieves source reduction. It contains atom economy reaction transformed from efficient and clean resources from microscopic scales; the green design of separation process and process intensification; coupling and regulation from the comprehensive angle; optimization and integration of process of material , energy, information; multiobjective optimization of environmental orientation; system integration of ecological industry group in big system level in order to achieve overall optimization and provide support for the sustainable development of manufacturing industry. The development of green industry in the 12th five-year plan should press emphasis on the traditional manufacturing industry. This paper, from the point of low carbon economy, explores the encouragement and operating mode of the greening development of Chinese traditional manufacturing.
