Research on Model Construction and Specific Choice of Market Strategy for Chinas Hotel Groups
Collectivization development has become the only way for hotel industry in China, but market strategy choice restricts rapid development of hotel groups. Based on the GE Matrix, this paper constructs market strategy model, and uses the model to qualitatively evaluate business advantage and market attractiveness of hotel groups. Then, this paper put forward some suggestions on market strategy choice for different types of Chinas hotel groups.
