The Research on Development of Community Tourism Organizations Based on Management Dissipative Theory: A Case Study of Langde Miao Village

摘要：

Management dissipative theory has been widely used in complexity science field in recent years to solve organizational problems. This article will use the management dissipative theory in the community tourism development organization research, with the community tourism organization of Langde Miao village in the Southeast Guizhou as an example. The purpose is to find out the law of the development of community tourism organizations and provide the related stakeholders a reference.
