Core Competence of Scenic Spot Enterprise: A Case Study of the Shennongxi in Badong County
This article built up the core competitiveness evaluation index system and model using Delphi method based on analysis about core competence theory and generality & personality of Three Gorges area. And it evaluated a representative scenic spot of Three Gorges area, the Shennong Xi scenic spot by the model. Based on the evaluation results, it gave some suggestions on the Three Gorges Area to upgrade its tourism core competitiveness, which are to dig out cultural and historical connotations deeply in tourism product development, to establish a complete and efficient management of organization and to train a number of travel professionals.
