Dynamic Analysis of Adaptive Enterprise Strategic Synergy Based on Chaos

摘要：

The dynamic and complex environment gets enterprise strategic system into chaos, strategic synergy becomes more difficult and more important increasingly. This Paper is analyzed the complexity and the chaotic characteristics of strategic system based on chaos theory, and innovatively proposed that the integrated target interests of stakeholders is the chaotic attractor to strategic synergy of adaptive enterprise, and the dynamic formation and amplification mechanism of strategic synergy are studied systematically, thus certain theoretical foundation is laid for enterprises to enhance the adaptability of the strategy and to achieve high order.
