Research on Strategic Decision Chart of Enterprise Composite Economic Results and Growth Rate

摘要：

In order to evaluate composite economic results and formulate management strategy of enterprise sustainable development, this paper establishes evaluation index system of enterprise composite economic results according to the combining principles of scientific characteristics (objectivity, advisability and practicable characteristics, dynamic state and operability).By using factor analysis method, the paper establishes an evaluating system of enterprise composite economic results and it includes factor score model of profitability, growth ability, debt paying ability and capital structure. By computating factorial score of enterprise composite economic results, the paper obtains scientific evaluation of enterprise composite economic results. At the same time, the paper establishes strategic decision chart of enterprise composite economic results and growth rate according to the matrix chart of competitive edge and path quantity of acquisition competitive edge introduced by BCG. It will provide scenic reference for programming enterprise management strategy.
