Research on The Symbiotic Environment of Enterprises Innovative Technology Cooperation at the Industrial Functional Areas
In an industry functional area which quickly gains its competitive advantages by the way of intensive development planned and guided by the government, we face a problem that is how to establish and use the complementary technology resources to form the symbiotic environment which benefits the regional technology integrated innovation and improvement. In order to solve the problem, first, the government not only needs to make all kinds of effective policies and measures to establish and improve the cooperative innovation system, but also needs to guide and promote regional innovation cooperation consciously to maximize the complementary advantages between the innovation subjects of the area. Second, we need to discover the elements which constitute the symbiotic environment of technological innovative cooperation at different levels by the way of exploring the trends of technological innovative cooperation.
