Structural Growth Characteristics and Sustainable Development of Technological Innovation Capability: Research on the Agricultural Science and Technology Enterprises
Sustainable development is important to agricultural science and technology enterprises, but Walking on One Leg has become a serious obstacle to sustainable development in Chinas agricultural science and technology enterprises. This thesis starts with the structural growth characteristic of technological innovation, analyzes their impact on the development of agricultural science and technology enterprises. Thereby the enterprises are divided into two categories. The first is agricultural science and technology innovation-led enterprises, such as agricultural science and technology enterprises converted by scientific research institutes; the second is the exogenous cooperation ones such as agricultural industrialization leading enterprises invested by diversity of social capital. This thesis then analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of these two types of agricultural science and technology enterprises, points out that Chinas agricultural science and technology technological enterprises should pay attention to the structural balance development of technical innovation capability, thereby ensure the sustainable growth of core competitiveness and enterprise size.
