The Research on Interaction Relationship Between the Real Estate Market and Urban Economy in China

As an important part of urban economy, the housing market has a close relationship with urban economy system. The changes of housing price will affect peoples living costs and further affect the labor cost, which produce the cost effect to the urban economy. This paper starts from the development situation of Chinas urban economy and housing market, trying to analyze the interaction influence between them, and then points out the conduction path of housing market and urban economy by five figures. At last, according to the current situation in China, this paper proposes countermeasures of Chinese housing market from the angles of quantity and structure. The findings are as follows :(1)housing price can influence the urban economy through the effect of consumption, investment and labor costs; (2) the urban economy can affect the housing price by the city cycle, the income level of residents and investment.
