Research on the Relationship Between Key Resource Factors and the Firms Performance After the Industrial Strategic Inflection Point -Based on the Perspective of Resource-Based Theory

摘要：

In order to answer the question what kind of resource a firm should build and integrate to navigate the ISIP successfully to gain the sustainable growth?, we chose four key resources, which are innovative capability, human capital, physical capital and slack resource. Then, we did a theory building on the relationship between the four resource factors and the firms performance after ISIP to set up a base for the empirical research in the future.
