Study on Family Business Successor Selection Based on Family Performance and Business Performance
Family Business is one of the most unique, most complex dynamic systems in the society. One of the reasons is that it is combined by two completely different fields: family and business. Therefore, to make the family business built last, the selection of his successor must be based on the performance of the dual systems which are family system and business system. This paper analyses the composition indicators of family business performance from the perspective of family performance and business performance, then displays the relationship structure model about the successor selection and family business performance, and analyses the competency elements of different successor from different choose paths.
