Resource, Capabilities and Firm Performance -Evidence from the Strategic Computer Game of StarCraft

摘要：

Since the cause of different firm performances is the basic issue studied in the strategy management field. So how to maintain high performance and achieve the growth of firm has become a common concern of scholars and entrepreneurs. On the basis of precedent achievements related, This paper verifies the relationship between resources, capability, interaction of them and the organizational performance in the context of the game named StarCraft, and tries to offer some practical implication for firms to compete in reality.
