Market Characteristics, Enterprise Cognition and Horizontal Integration Management Model
This paper selected Dragon Ink Corporation as a case, using case study research methods, embedding the special environment of the Chinese market dual background, to analyze and discuss how the market characteristics and enterprise cognition factors effected the management model when an enterprise in the implementation of horizontal integration strategy. Then it put forward three propositions, and eventually established a relationship model, including market characteristics, enterprise cognition and horizontal integration management model, to clarify the main relationship among the three factors.
