摘要：

In an increasingly complex market environment, how to adapt SMEs to the dynamic environment, enterprise and innovation, and improve economic efficiency is a main problem. For the ways to survive and develop, gain competitive advantage in the fierce market competition, the mode of operation of virtual enterprise provides a viable option for SMEs. Thus, SMEs are increasingly making use of virtualization to operate such an important, effective new management.
