Study on Knowledge Management for Factors Affecting the Growth of Virtual SMEs
In order to gain market competitiveness in the fierce competition market, SMEs have adopted the mode of operation of virtual enterprise. In this process, KM (knowledge management) as a powerful and effective tool, its virtual enterprise formation and growth plays a vital role. Only by following the virtual SME, KM factors affect the enterprise to build and manage enterprise knowledge alliance, effective resource and knowledge sharing and exchange, in order to achieve the growth of the virtual development of SMEs.
