Key Antecedent Factors to Strategic Organizational Change: A Case Study on Chinese Military-Civilian Integration
This paper indentified key antecedent factors to strategic organizational change using seven cases from the enterprises which aimed to achieve a strategic situation of Militarycivilian-integration. The results suggest that paying close attention to internal factors and having competent actors may improve implementation outcomes.
