Innovation Platform Construction and System Security of Less-Developed Regions
In general, Innovative methods include scientific thinking, scientific method and scientific tools. Currently TRIZ innovative research and practice have begun to be represented by the Model of Sichuan and other provinces. Effective and innovative platform construction method of the acceleration of the process is used and plays an important role in the localization, while it brings together the various stakeholders who will demand self-expression of its target in the innovation platform. Less-developed regions achieve leapfrog development, binary catch up, through innovative platform integration of innovative resources and regional innovation system. Level considerations become more important with the strategic position and the resource elements loss the first mover advantage of the situation. This article draws on the experience and innovative platform construction in Sichuan, and provides reference for the operation of building production and research in Jiangxi.
