Japanese Experiences Feasible Enlightenments on Chinese Financing Management Reform of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises

In ardent market competition, Chinas small and medium-sized enterprises have become one of the fast developing and profiting economic sectors in domestic economy. Chinas small and medium-sized enterprises are playing a more and more important role in social economy. This paper is to analyze the successful financing experience of Japanese small and mediumsized enterprises empirically. It is to get its enlightenments on Chinese reform of small and mediumsized enterprises financing management, and the difficulties that domestic small and medium-sized enterprises are facing in their financing, thus to get the feasible reform approaches of Chinas small and medium-sized enterprises financing management.
