Comparative Study of Development of Financial Holding Company in Mainland and Taiwan China
As one important organizational form of financial group, financial holding company has been greatly developed all around the world. Under the circumstance of the continuously changeable and developing world finance and increasingly open financial sectors, our mainland also need to build the financial holding company in order to face the challenges. This article gives an elaboration and comparative analysis of the development status of the financial holding company in the two areas—mainland and Taiwan China, and get some pieces of enlightenment that mainland China should learn.
