Study on the Theoretical System of Participant Method in Safety Training
Safety training is the best mode for people to improve professional skills and managing ability during a short time, which contains participant philosophy in the whole process. Based on correlative theory concerning safety training from the perspectives of pedagogics, psychology and philosophy, the present paper analyzed the system info of participant method and discussed specific application in training. It will not only upgrade the supervisory ability of organizer and training quality, but also provide some theoretical basis for perfecting system construct of training method.
