Analysis of Psychological Factors of Customary Illegal Acts

摘要：

The paper is to analyze the illegal behavior types during the production process, for example, the habitual violation, violation of human nature, illegal state, unconscious and imitation violation. Illegal acts can cause many consequences, including accident, casualties or property damage. The paper focuses on analyzing the psychological factors of the illegal acts, including psychological paralysis, independence, conceit, chances, adventure, reactance, abnormity, herd mentality, curiosity, perfunctory manners and mental impatience, etc. Finally, the prevention measures for illegal acts are proposed, which can be taken from the point of view of the technical level, safety management, education, legal aspects, family and social dimension, etc.
