Fuzzy Dicision Assessment of Psychological Contract in Coal Mine Security Management

This paper introduces psychological contract in coal mine safety management system. A balanced psychological contract is provided, establishing people-oriented coal mining enterprises safety management system. This paper tries to construct assessment model of the psychological contract in the coal mine safety management system, which is showed by examples using multi-level fuzzy evaluation decision method to exam the state of psychological contract The results show that the evaluation method has a certain feasibility and rationality.
