Study on the Safety Management and Incentive Methods

Scientific incentive for mining safety management is essential, but many corporations still emphasize more penalty than rewards which fail to give full play of incentive. By using qualitative and quantitative method, sampling 84 employees in a mining company, completing safety incentive and related research, it is found that economic incentive, spiritual motivation, culture motivation and environmental incentive all have a positive correlation with the safety management. The effects of the four from more to less in ordinance are economic incentive, culture motivation, spiritual motivation, environmental incentive. Mines should take the science and sensitive target motivation, attach importance to process, and pay attention to analyzing individual difference.
