Study on Individual Temperament Types and Safety
Temperament types have a certain predictable on safety behavior, research on which helps to precontrol unsafe behavior. Eysenck Personality Inventory test in Psykey psychological test software, behavior and risk scale and spssl7.0 statistical tools were used to test 140 minors in a coal mine. The results show that the minors with psychoticism scores between ±0.5 are more secure in work, while with psychoticism scores above 1.5 are more dangerous; the higher neuroticism score is, the worse behavioral situation is; the minors with higher score at both introversion and extroversion dimensions are safer; choleric and sanguine employee are safer than phlegmatic and melancholic ones in coal mine. It is also found that staffs at different levels have several differences on dimension of sentiment, psychoticism, introversion and extroversion, cover of social, which should be taken into consideration when conducting behavioral intervention.
