ABC Analysis on Behavior Modification

摘要：

As the characteristics of the behaviors can be observed and can be measured, the view that human behavior can be modified can be obtained. And ABC analysis is an effective method that helps to modify humans behavior. This paper introduces the ABC model, expounding the influence of antecedent and consequence in the use of ABC analysis, proposing three factors and four types of the intervene of consequence to behaviors, aiming to analyze the relationship between the type of consequence and safety performance, and looking forward to prevent the unsafe behavior of employees by using ABC analysis, so as to improve the safety performance.
